The only thing that caught my eye in this flash was when he put the gun down on the table at the start the gun looked out of place, other than this 10/10 animation/art for he whole movie.

The storyline/lpot was pretty cool however you should of let people know if its based on real halo 3 plot or not,

audio had nothing worth complaining about.

i would like to see more from this idea, to the point i am considering taking a page from your book and making a movie my self. Good Job

On the actual movie's terminator has a boot up sequence not far off and im pretty sure based on the windows 95 boot up, me and my friend noticed it when watching terminator one time.
